2023 - DECEMBER FULL MOON

Hi everyone!

At 7:33 pm (EDT) on Tuesday, December 26th 2023, we get to welcome this month's last full moon of the year!  This moon is aptly called the Cold Moon which describes the start of the icy cold weather conditions that have arrived in some parts of the world. 

This month's full moon will be in the nurturing sign of Cancer as she travels through the confident sign of Capricorn.  This means we get to feel both of these signs' characteristics and be asking ourself, "Do I listen to my heart, or my Ego?".  We may find ourself vacillating between the two until we see the best direction.

Expect to feel a final "let go" of all that we've been carrying since the start of 2023.  This could be in the form of emotional, physical, or relationship emotional baggage.  We will finally release all that weighed us down this past year and go into the New Year with lighter energy and a clearer, more positive focus!

When the moon is in Cancer, it makes us feel much more emotional in our hearts; we may even be filled with gratitude!  As we reflect on this past year, we'll realize that what happened to us was really to show us what was best for our own soul's growth.  We will be able to let go of what no longer serves us with more compassion than normal, too.  This is not a time for resentment, folks.  Do some soul work before the year's end to get a clearer picture with a plan.  Then, reap the rewards in the coming months.

As the full moon approaches, please remember to rinse off any dust from crystals, and then place them on the window ledges so that they can easily recharge their beneficial healing properties from the moon's glow.
